Lidl have the best chocolate, all products are very good to eat. Prices are not cheap, but it worth any penny :)

I have nothing against the quality of Lindt chocolates myself. But the staff in this shop in Ingolstadt Village was totally unfriendly today. The staff is strangely understaffed, as only an unsympathetic lady collects the customers, prepares coffee and at the same time regulates the number of customers in the shop, so that only 6 people are allowed into the shop. My wife and I with our 5 year old son were not let in at the same time as four other customers had already been in the store. So, a 5 year old child was considered an individual even if the line outside the store was very small. I can understand the rules in these Corona times, but there is a professional way that a staff should deal with customers when they let in and, above all, with respect. It took away the joy of a 5 year old child. Thank you "Lindt" in Ingolstadt Village for employing such unfriendly staff. If you are really customer-oriented, then you will immediately replace the staff on duty on September 1st, 2020 at around 7:45 p.m. with another nice staff. I assume, however, that customer orientation is of no interest to the management of Lindt in Ingolstadt Village, so that the staff can sometimes be unfriendly with customers.
